The planetary gear device comprises a planetary gear spline ring, a creeper gear ring and a joint gear sleeve used for being connected with an output shaft. The joint gear sleeve moves to be in meshing transmission with a gear shaft of the second shaft, the planetary gear spline ring and the creeper gear ring to achieve conversion between the high-gear rotating speed, the low-gear rotating speed and the creeper-gear rotating speed.
