Abstract

The invention discloses a scanning weighing labeling machine and a use method thereof. The scanning weighing labeling machine is used for conducting scanning operation, weighing operation and labeling operation on an object and comprises a machine table. A weighing mechanism, a conveying device, a bar code scanning mechanism, a label discharging and labeling mechanism and a computer system are arranged on the machine table. The conveying device comprises a roller platform and two side power transmission belt mechanisms and is used for conveying the object to the weighing mechanism to execute the weighing operation. The bar code scanning mechanism comprises a scanning device. When the object is conveyed to the weighing mechanism, the scanning device conducts action to execute the scanning operation. The computer system is configured to receive weight data transmitted by the weighing mechanism and conducts detection according to the weight data to decide whether to drive the label discharging and labeling mechanism to conduct the labeling operation that a label is bonded to the object. The machine can reduce personal cost and saves packaging process and the operation time.
