The electro-osmosis treatment method includes steps of driving a plurality of electro-osmosis electrodes into the expansive soil to form an electrode array comprising a plurality of rows of electro-osmosis electrodes; respectively connecting each two adjacent rows of electro-osmosis electrodes in the electrode array to an anode and a cathode of a power source; burying two metal wires in the expansive soil, enabling one metal wire to be close to an electro-osmosis electrode connected with the anode, and enabling the other metal wire to be close to an electro-osmosis electrode connected with the cathode; respectively connecting the two metal wires to the cathode of the power source by voltage measuring meters; performing electro-osmosis treatment on the expansive soil, particularly, turning on the power source, recording a numerical value acquired by the voltage measuring meter connected with the metal wire which is close to the electro-osmosis electrode connected with the anode, turning off the power source when a certain period of time elapses and then a numerical value acquired by the voltage measuring meter drops and is 40-60% of an initial voltage, and changing the anode and the cathode connected with the electro-osmosis electrodes in the electrode array; repeatedly carrying out electro-osmosis treatment steps.
