A self electricity-generating roadside lamp that generates electricity using a coil spring and suction effect, comprising a swing device powered by suction force (1), an electricity generation device using coil spring potential energy (2), a time setting device (3), and a roadside lamp light emitting part (4). When a high speed train passes, the swing device powered by suction force (1) obtains a suction force and swings; the swinging force causes the electricity generation device using coil spring potential energy (2) to accumulate elastic potential energy; at night, the elastic potential energy can be regulated by the mechanic time setting device (3) and release energy to drive an electricity generator (28) to generate electricity for roadside lamps for illumination. The suction force generated when a high speed train travels enables the generation of electricity, and the roadside lamp illumination is more stable and the electricity is more environmentally friendly. The disadvantage of electricity instability of wind and solar powered roadside lamps is avoided. The electricity resources of the public grid are also conserved.
