Problems solved by technology

According to the theory of immune inflammation in the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, the current treatment mainly uses immunosuppressants, such as glucocorticoids, cyclophosphamide and azathioprine, etc., but these drugs have large side effects and ineffective curative effects

Embodiment

[0030] Materials used in the experiment:

[0031] 1. Experimental animals:

[0032] Healthy female SPF grade C57BL / 6 mice, weighing 16-20 g, with an average of 18 g, aged 4-6 weeks, were purchased from Guangdong Medical Experimental Animal Center. The healthy female SPF-grade C57BL / 6 mice can eat freely and have sufficient fresh drinking water. The feeding environment meets the SPF experimental animal-level environmental facility standards, and all animal experiments have obtained the Animal Ethics Certificate of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College. Committee approval.

Abstract

The invention provides an application of chemokine-like factor derived polypeptide for inhibiting inflammatory lesion, and particularly relates to an application in preparation of an anti-inflammatory drug. The polypeptide comprises 1) a polypeptide of an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1; or 2) a polypeptide which is obtained by deleting, inserting or placing one ore more amino acids in the polypeptide in 1) and is derived from the 1) and is as same as the polypeptide in biological function. The chemokine-like factor derived polypeptide can be used for preparing medicines for intervening or treating inflammatory lung injury diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides the application of a chemokine-like factor-derived polypeptide in inhibiting inflammatory diseases, especially the application in preparing anti-inflammatory drugs, which belongs to the field of biomedicine. Background technique [0002] Pulmonary fibrosis or interstitial pneumonia is a common and intractable disease of the respiratory system, which represents a group of diffuse pulmonary parenchymal diseases characterized pathologically by diffuse inflammation of the alveolar walls (including respiratory bronchioles) and interstitial fibers changes (including acute and chronic diseases). Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a common type of diffuse pulmonary parenchymal disease, accounting for about 60% of all pulmonary interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis. According to the theory of immune inflammation in the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, the current treatment mainly uses immunosuppressants, such as gluco...
