When the permanent magnet approaches, signals sensed by the magnetic induction sensor are gathered into the underwater conjunction box via signal gathering cables, and the gathered signals are output by a signal output cable after junction. The inductive pedestal includes sealing cap fixing holes, cable sealing holes, a magnet through hole and self fixing holes. The signal gathering cables are respectively sealed by sealing parts when penetrating through the inductive pedestal.
