Embodiment

[0039] The following records the action release time of No. 1 contactor product and No. 2 contactor product with 330V / 100A switching capability assembled in the same batch, and compares and analyzes it with the actual product electrical life times:

[0040]Step 1, place the microphone 3 beside the No. 1 contactor 7, connect the microphone 3 with the data acquisition instrument 2, start the data acquisition instrument 2 and the post-data processing terminal 1;

[0041] Step 2, connect the lead-out end of the wire pack 715 of the No. 1 contactor 7 with the wire pack power supply 6;

[0042] Step 3: Connect the load terminal of No. 1 contactor 7 to the load power supply 4;

[0043] Step 4. Place the microphone 3 within a range of 10 mm in diameter from the No. 1 contactor 7, and the height of the probe of the microphone 3 is in the middle of the height of the No. 1 contactor 7;

[0044] The steps in the closing phase of the contactor are as follows:

[0045] Step 5. Turn on the...

Abstract

The invention relates to an acoustical signal-based time parameter testing method during the contactor motion process. According to the non-contact detection method, detection of a contactor motion release time parameter is realized by using an acoustical signal that is emitted during the motion process of the directly operated type contact structure of the contactor. In order to solve the problem that the motion release time of the contactor contact separation process from the disconnection of moving and static contacts to the armature resetting can not be determined, the acoustical signal-based non-contact determination method is provided. Because of quick breaking of static contacts of the contactor, the ablation time of the moving and static contacts by arc generated by the product during the high-voltage load switching process can be shortened, thereby prolonging the electrical service life of the contactor product; on the basis of measurement on the motion release time of the contactor, determination of moving and static contact separation velocity during the load connection and disconnection processes can be realized; quantitative analysis can be carried out on the ablation situation of the contactor product; and the design and screening of the long-service life high-voltage contactor can be guided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an acoustic signal-based method for testing time parameters during the action of a contactor. This non-contact detection method realizes the action of the contactor in the disconnection stage through the acoustic signal emitted during the action of the direct-acting contact structure of the contactor. Detection of action time parameters such as release time. Background technique [0002] The existing contactor action state detection method realizes the test of the closing time and release time of the product action by monitoring the change of the electrical signal state during the power-on and power-off of the product line package and the contact flipping process. However, for a group of direct-acting contact structures at the load terminals and most monostable products, the disconnected state of the contacts cannot provide electrical signals available for testing, and cannot accurately test the release time of the contact syst...
