The method comprises the following steps of generating an electronic radiotherapy stamp through a scanning or drawing manner; marking an exclusive serial number on each electronic radiotherapy stamp, and then storing the electronic radiotherapy stamp into a basic stamp catalog; calling the electronic radiotherapy stamp of the corresponding part from the basic stamp catalog according to a tumor position of a patient, and editing the electronic radiotherapy stamp, wherein the edited content includes the position and the shape of the marked tumor, specifications of a wedge plate used in the marking radiotherapy and medical advice information; correlating the exclusive serial number of the called electronic radiotherapy stamp and the edited content to patient information in a database; and printing the edited electronic radiotherapy stamp. The invention also discloses a device for marking the tumor. The method and the device have the beneficial effects that the electronization of an engraving radiotherapy stamp is realized, and convenience can be brought to the digital management of a radiotherapy department.
