Embodiment Construction

[0034] figure 1 A front perspective view of a steering module according to the invention is shown. The illustration shows a steering motor 10 designed as an electric servomotor.

[0035] By activating the servomotor 10 , a steering movement is transmitted to the steered wheels 30 . The force transmission takes place via the steering transmission 20 , which transmits the output-side torque of the servomotor 10 to the individual suspensions 40 of the wheels 30 .

[0036] The steering transmission 20 has a total of five gear stages, the individual stages being designed according to the known principle of spur gears. On the output side, the bevel gear 11 is mounted on the servomotor 10 and meshes with the first gear 22 of the steering transmission 20 .

[0037] The extremely high speeds of the servo motor 10 in the range of approximately 30,000 revolutions per minute require reduction gears. This is achieved through five gear stages, the final gear stage being formed by the ge...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a steering module for a toy vehicle, particularly for a remote control toy vehicle. The steering module is provided with at least two steerable wheels, a steering motor and a steering gearbox. Each steerable wheel is suspended through a corresponding mandrel, wherein at least one mandrel is provided with a teeth-shaped device. The steering gearbox is engaged with the teeth-shaped device for transmitting steering motion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a steering module for a toy vehicle, the steering module having at least two steerable wheels, as well as a steering motor and a steering transmission, each steerable wheel being suspended via a corresponding spindle. Background technique [0002] Toy vehicles controlled by radio control are well known. Efforts are usually made to replicate the designs of such toy cars as faithfully as possible to known models of actual automotive engineering. Apart from the appearance, the operation of the actual model should also be replicated as close to reality as possible. [0003] Produce remote control toy cars in different scales. In this regard, innovative toy concepts focus on remote-controlled cars, especially race cars that play autonomously or on suitable track systems in a 1:43 scale. [0004] In the past, there has always been concern about replicating the steering actuation of a toy car as accurately as possible to the functi...
