Abstract

The stepless speed change device includes a rack, a driving shaft, a driven shaft perpendicular to the driving shaft, a drive block which is installed between the drive shaft and the driven shaft, a worm gear which is rotationally connected to the drive shaft and a worm which meshes with the worm gear. The drive block includes a first bevel gear and a hemisphere block which are fixed together, the drive shaft is provided with a second bevel gear which engages with the first bevel gear, and the driven shaft is provided with a disk which is matched with the hemisphere block. Half of the worm gear is smooth, another half of the worm gear is provided with a worm teeth part with worm tooth. The smooth part is provided with a fixed rod, the drive block and the fixed rod are rotatably connected with each other, and the smooth part and end face of the worm teeth part are both provided with a bumping and a slot both in the shape of an inverted cone. The stepless speed change device is simple in structure and capable of achieving stepless speed change.
