Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying the transverse and longitudinal screens of an intelligent terminal. The method comprises the following steps: a vehicle-mounted terminal acquires a video image of the intelligent terminal in real time; the vehicle-mounted terminal loads the video image into a vehicle-mounted terminal screen which comprises a preset mapping region and a non-mapping region; the average gray scale value of the non-mapping region of the loaded video image is calculated; judging the screen state of the intelligent terminal according to the average gray scale value and the preset default gray scale value. The invention further discloses the vehicle-mounted terminal. According to the invention, the gray scale distribution rule of the non-mapping region of the vehicle-mounted terminal screen is analyzed by an image identification technology, and the transverse and longitudinal screen states of the real-time intelligent terminal can be identified automatically, so that user intervention is reduced and adding other auxiliary equipment is not needed.
