Abstract

The invention discloses a Chinese herba preparation for treating wind-cold acute tracheobronchitis of childhood. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the wind-cold acute tracheobronchitis of childhood is due to wind-cold affecting lung, and is treated through relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling wind and soothing the lung, dispelling cold and relieving cough. The Chinese herba preparation is prepared from traditional Chinese medicines, namely platanthera japonica, cayratia corniculata, gymnocladus chinensis, aleuritopteris, ilex franchetiana leaf, zanthoxylum simulans hance, dutchmanspipe root, aster fastigiatus fisch, heterophyllous wing seedtreeroot and geranium wilfordii. The Chinese herba preparation is decocted into decoction by a manufacturing laboratory of the institute. Clinical tests show that the total effective rate achieves 97.5%, which is obviously superior to 80% of the control group, so that the Chinese herba preparation is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
