Abstract

An energized deicing device for an overhead power transmission line, comprising an insulated deicing rod (1), wherein the deicing rod is arranged at one side of a power transmission line through a carrier bracket, and a drive mechanism is provided on the carrier bracket. The carrier bracket comprises two vertical bars (21) arranged in parallel, the two vertical bars being positioned by at least two cross bars (22, 23) arranged in parallel. The top end of each of the vertical bars is respectively suspended on a transmission conductor through a suspension mechanism (24). The deicing rod is vertically arranged at the end of the first cross bar (22) protruding from the vertical bar, and the height of the deicing rod corresponds to the top end height of the vertical bar. The drive mechanism comprises a drive wheel (31) and an insulating transmission rope (32) wound around the drive wheel.
