The S01 includes analyzing road surface vehicle images sent by traffic control places on the road surface, adopting an image analyzing technology and combining the vehicle position and the license plate position information to obtain a vehicle front face image set. The S02 includes rejecting heterogeneous samples in the vehicle front face image set obtained through the method S01 to further finish specific vehicle model template training. The S03 includes obtaining vehicle consistency distinguishing based on vehicle front faces intercepted through the S01 and a specific vehicle model template obtained through the S02.
