The invention discloses an online soft measuring method of glutamate product concentration based on a multi-input wiener model. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting key variables affecting the product concentration change and capable of being measured on line as input variables and establishing a soft measuring model based on the multi-input wiener model by utilizing the product concentration values obtained by offline analysis as output variables; and reasonably selecting the parameters of the multi-input wiener model, establishing an effective nonlinear relationship between the input variables and the output variables, determining the model parameters through a gradient iteration identification method, and evaluating the product concentration which is difficult to measure through variables liable to measure on line in the glutamate production process. The method can be used for effectively improving the prediction precision of the product concentration in the glutamate production process, guiding the production and improving the product quality.
