The method comprises the steps as follows: on an earthquake fracture band, monitoring points of earthquake omen are intensively distributed at intervals of about 10 km, including magnetic irradiation, ground stress, ground sound, ground temperature and sound transmitting monitoring; one data center is set in one fracture area, real-time abnormal determination of each omen parameter is performed, the abnormal monitoring is triggered on the conditions of abnormity, abnormal asset, and comprehensive asset of multiple omen parameters, and future earthquake is forecasted according to the abnormal phenomenon and history abnormal conditions. The abnormal monitoring comprises recording abnormal initial time and the absolute abnormal value, and calculating abnormally concentrated equivalent energy; the abnormal asset comprises remarkable abnormal area locking, unit abnormal area equivalent energy, and unit abnormal time equivalent energy; the multiple parameter asset comprises determining abnormal affected areas and locking the fracture areas.
