Example Embodiment

[0016] Example 1 Screening of Substitute Substrate for Peony Cultivation

[0017] Eight organic wastes of peanut shells, corn stalks, cotton seed husks, mushroom residue, sawdust, bark, wood chips, distiller’s grains, vermiculite and perlite were selected as the raw materials for the peony cultivation substrate, and they were formulated into 10 mixed substrates (see Table 1). The physical and chemical properties of 10 mixed substrates were measured, and the results showed that the ratios of large and small voids of the three substrates A, G, and I were 0.21, 0.24, and 0.19, respectively. The air permeability was poor and could not meet the air permeability of the fleshy roots of peony; D, The pH of the two substrates G is slightly acidic, respectively 5.68 and 6.21, which are not within the suitable range of the peony cultivation substrate; the total porosity of the E substrate is only 65.9%, which does not meet the suitable range of the cultivation substrate.

[0032] The chemical indicators and available nutrient content of the matrix formula (winter lees 5, vermiculite 3, perlite 2) were determined, and compared with the peat matrix (peat 3, vermiculite 1, perlite 1).

[0033] pH measurement: Weigh 10g of air-dried substrate, put it into a 150ml beaker, add 50ml of water, stir with a magnetic stirrer for 1 min, stand for 0.5h and then measure with a pH meter.

[0034] Determination of electrical conductivity (EC): Weigh 10g of the substrate, put it into a 250ml Erlenmeyer flask, add 50ml of water, close the stopper, shake for 3min, stand for clarification and then measure with a conductivity meter.

[0042] Example 3

[0043] In September 2011, a pot experiment was conducted on the selected substrate formulations (winter lees 5, vermiculite 3, perlite 2) and peat substrates (peat 3, vermiculite 1, perlite 1), and the cultivation and management methods were the same as in Example 1. . During the whole growth process of the screening substrate, no fertilizers of any form are applied. The peat substrate is applied with nutrient solution once in the plant germination period, stem elongation period, stem and leaf growth period, budding period and pre-flowering period, and three nutrient solution in the late flowering period. The mother liquor is a Japanese rice cultivation nutrient solution formula, and the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are changed to 300 mg / L nitrogen, 80 mg / L phosphorus, and 120 mg / L potassium.

[0044] In 2012, the yield of plants in the screening substrate reached 100%, the plant height was 63-81cm, the crown width was 60-66cm, each pot had 1-5...

Abstract

The invention discloses a Paeonia lactiflora soilless culture substrate, which comprises the following ingredients in parts by volume: 3-6 parts of distillers' grains, 2-3 parts of vermiculite and 2-3 parts of perlite. When the culture substrate is used for culturing Paeonia lactiflora, no any fertilizer is needed for application in the whole growth process of the Paeonia lactiflora. Compared with a turf mixed substrate, the substrate disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the screening cost is reduced by 32%, namely, the cost is only 163.2 yuan per square meter. The rate of finished products of cultured plants is 20% higher than the rate of finished products of plants cultured by using the turf mixed substrate, the average height of each plant is higher by 3cm, each pot has more flowers by 1-2, a single pot of flower has florescence of 3-4 days, and more pots of flowers have florescence of 6 days. With the adoption of the substrate, the use of the turf can be greatly reduced, the production cost is further reduced, and the culturing and growing steps are simplified.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant cultivation, and specifically designs a peony soilless cultivation substrate and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Paeonia lactiflora (Paeonia lactiflora) is one of the traditional famous flowers in my country. However, at present, Paeonia lactiflora is still mainly planted in large fields. It only blooms in spring, which is far from meeting the market demand. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out research on soilless cultivation in facilities for its industrial production. The selection of cultivation substrate is the key to soilless cultivation in facilities. At present, peat is the most widely used and relatively ideal cultivation substrate. However, due to the uneven distribution and non-renewable constraints of peat, people are forced to devote themselves to the research and development of new cultivation substrates. According to its own resource status, combined with pr...
