The temperature adjusting device of the cooling system of the diesel engine is characterized in that the large circulation channel and the small circulation channel are cast on the temperature adjusting device; the temperature adjusting device is provided with the three bases which are used for installing a thermolator and can meet the requirements for large cooling fluid flow of a large discharge capacity diesel engine; and left and right rows of cooling water pipes are simultaneously integrated on a thermolator cover.
