According to the invention, a locking device and a folding structure are arranged integrally, so that the locking device can prevent the baby carrier being changed from an unfolding position to a folding position, and further prevent body injury of a child caused by the folded baby carrier which is resulted from improper use of the baby carrier. The folding structure can serve as a triggering device for the folding of the whole baby carrier, and is simple in structure and convenient in operation; and the baby carrier is carried conveniently as the volume of the carrier baby after being folded is reduced a lot.
