The anchor cable anchorage method by the device includes the steps: drilling a hole inside surrounding rock; placing an anchoring agent cartridge at the bottom end of the drilled hole and placing an anchor cable (4) into the drilled hole; and mounting the compressible base plate device at a projecting end of the anchor cable (4), locking a lock (5) by the aid of an anchoring pre-tightening jack and applying a certain pre-stress.
