The method comprises establishing the connection between an ARM server and a dynamic host configuration protocol (dhcp) server, distributing the internet protocol (ip) of preset network segments to the ARM server through the dhcp server, sending request information to the dhcp server according to the ip of the preset network segments through the ARM server, sending the information of a trivial file transfer protocol (tftp) server to the ARM server according to the request information through the dhcp server, establishing connection with the tftp server according to the information of the tftp server through the ARM server, downloading configuration files and the download kernel and the file system of root configuration files, and starting the kernel and installing an operation system in the file system.
