Abstract

The invention discloses a device and method of an interface for achieving connection of a distributed control system and a measuring device. The device comprises multiple branches of input channels, an isolating module and a control module. Each input channel comprises a simulation data collecting module of an AI channel, a filter capacitor and a shaping module, wherein the filter capacitor and the shaping module are in a highway addressable remote transducer (HART) channel. The filter capacitor filters and outputs HART signals, the shaping module strobes input or output HART signals to conduct shaping and filtering. A control module processes the shaped and filtered HART signals to obtain HART data, simultaneously simulation current signals input from the AI channel are processed into current data, and the HART data and the current data are transmitted to a distributed control system processing unit (DPU). By means of the device and method, industrial signals are transmitted between the distributed control system (DCS) device and an intelligent measuring device, simultaneously bi-directional digital communication is conducted conveniently, a signal transmission method is greatly simplified, and the reliability of the interface is improved through redundancy design.
