Abstract

A dish serving apparatus (5) applicable in a fully automated cooking machine, comprising: a machine frame (11), a wok (12), a wok frame (13) for fixing the wok, a drive plate (14), a driver mechanism (15), a tray frame guiderail (16), a tray frame (17), and a connecting rod (18). The drive plate (14) is coaxially connected to the wok frame (13), and the drive plate (14) is provided with a slide groove (141). The driver mechanism (15) is used for mounting the wok frame (13) and the drive plate (14) onto the machine frame (11) and is capable of driving the wok frame (13) and the drive plate (14) into a synchronous rotation around the horizontal axis. The tray frame guide rail (16) is arranged below the wok (12). The tray frame (17) is capable of moving on the tray frame guide rail (16). The tray frame (17) is used for supporting a serving dish (20).
