The multi-functional electric hookah device which comprises a cup for smoking is characterized by comprising an electronic carbon part which is used for baking tobaccos in the cup for smoking and a power supply control host which is used for performing power supply and temperature regulation and control on the electronic carbon part as well; wherein the electronic carbon part comprises an electronic carbon body which is formed by a ceramic heating core and a frosted glass casing which is sleeved outside the ceramic heating core, a connecting seat which is fixedly connected the electronic carbon body and a power supply connecting wire which is connected with the ceramic heating core and the power supply control host; and the electronic carbon body is inserted into the cup for smoking.
