Problems solved by technology

However, as the number of workpieces in the buffer in front of the batch processor continues to increase, the number of batches will also increase accordingly. This increases the scale of the scheduling problem, increases the difficulty of solving the problem, and makes the solution time longer, which ultimately affects Time Complexity of Scheduling Algorithms and Accuracy of Solutions

Abstract

Provided are a dispatch device and a method of a batch processing machine capable of sequencing facing a product family. The dispatch device of the batch processing machine sequencing facing the product family comprises two sub-modules including a real-time scheduling simulation platform module based on a heuristic algorithm and a sequencing solving module based on a slack mixed integer linear mathematical model. The two modules conduct loop execution under a variable time window based on a rolling time domain strategy. The sequencing solving module does not conduct lot grouping and batch sequencing on workpieces of different product families in a buffer period before the batch processing machine and directly conducts optimized sequencing on the different product families. The real-time scheduling simulation platform conducts scheduling on workpieces with the highest priority level in the product families according to the processing capability of a free and available batch processing machine. The dispatch device and the method of the batch processing machine sequencing facing the product family greatly reduces time complexity of the algorithm, well achieves real-time optimal scheduling of a reentrant low batch processing machine and meets just-in-time production requirements of the semiconductor industry on the premise of guaranteeing high accuracy. The dispatch device and the method of the batch processing machine capable of sequencing facing the product family is simple in concept, convenient to achieve and in favor of popularization and application to reentrant industries such as the semiconductor industry.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to batch machine scheduling for reentrant production lines, in particular to a batch machine scheduling device and scheduling method for product family sorting for reentrant production lines. Background technique [0002] The re-entrant production line is a concept proposed by Professor Kumar of the United States in the late 1980s and early 1990s for the production characteristics of semiconductor chips, film and other industries, and listed it as different from Flow-shop (streamlined workshop) and The third type of re-entrant production line (re-entrant) of Job-shop (one-piece workshop), that is, when unfinished products are conveyed along the production line, it is possible to visit the same workbench several times. Batch processing means that multiple unfinished products can be processed at one time without exceeding the maximum processing capacity of the workbench. The actual processing of multiple unfinished products each tim...
