The pressure building chamber (11) communicates with the chamber of the elasticity sensitive element (3), the pressure inside the cavities being equal. The pressure sensor (10) senses the pressure in the pressure building chamber (11); an outputted electronic signal is acquired by the analog digital converter (9) and calculated by the processor (7) to obtain a real-time pressure value.
