Abstract

The invention provides a fan assembly and an electric device with the same. The fan assembly resolves the problem that noise is large in the existing electric device. The fan assembly comprises a first casing, a noise reduction material and a bladeless fan. A recessed portion with an opening is limited. The noise reduction material is arranged on the inner side or the outer side of the first casing. The bladeless fan further comprises a base and a fan head. The fan head is arranged in the recessed portion of the first casing, and the base is arranged on the outside of the first casing. A plurality of ventilation holes are arranged on the first casing, and the bladeless fan is used for producing negative pressure through first air flow blown by the fan head in the recessed portion of the first casing to enable second air flow to pass through the noise reduction material and the first casing and to be discharged through an opening of the recessed portion.
