Abstract

The invention provides a testing device for a twin trawling-loaded low-speed motor. The testing device comprises a base, wherein a torque sensor and a trawled motor as a load are arranged on the base; the trawled motor comprises a rotary encoder or a grating structure for determining the rotating speed of the motor. The trawled motor, the torque sensor and the tested motor are connected together by a coupling. A sensor for determining the change of current and voltage, a corresponding test circuit of the sensor, a slide rheostat which is connected with the trawled motor and is used for dynamically changing the load, a test circuit power supply and the like are also arranged on the base. The testing device can communicate with PC (Personal Computer) software through an RS232 communication interface. According to the testing device disclosed by the invention, accurate and stable measurement of various dynamic parameters of a low-speed motor including rotating speed and torque can be realized; and the testing device is small in size and wide in application range.
