Abstract

A preparation method of the elevator oil composition comprises the following steps of: blending the polyalkylene glycol and the latent solvent to obtain mixed oil; and mixing the mixed oil with the extreme pressure anti-wear additive, the metal anti-rusting agent, the metal deactivator, the antioxidant and the defoaming agent to obtain the elevator oil composition. The elevator oil composition provided by the invention has superior oxidation stability, superior lubricating performance, extreme pressure anti-wear property, corrosion and rust resistance and defoaming resistance, and is particularly suitable for worm and gear tractor of which a transmission position is in a boundary lubricating state frequently; and an oil film can be formed rapidly, the operation temperature is lowered, energy is saved, the consumption is lowered, the transmission efficiency of the tractor is increased, and metal wear is reduced.
