The method of logistics information releasing comprises the following steps: a client sends a first transporting requirement to an information releasing server; the information releasing server searches information of empty load logistics vehicles in preset regions after receiving the first transporting requirement, affirms logistics companies the empty load logistics vehicles belong to, and sends a second transporting requirement to corresponding logistics company managers according to the first transporting requirement; the corresponding logistics company managers receive the second transporting requirement, if the logistics company managers affirm that the empty load logistics vehicles of the belonging companies in the preset regions cannot meet requirement of the second transporting requirement, the logistics company managers send an anew searching requirement to the information releasing server, and search the empty load logistics vehicles of the logistics companies again according to a preset strategy; the logistics company managers send transporting prices to the information releasing server; and the information releasing server affirms targeted logistics companies according to the preset strategy.
