A multiple target comprehensive decision evaluation method based on a scene comprises steps of establishing decision schemes of various scenes for the actual problem, and establishing a target set and a an evaluation set; determining the base weighing of evaluations; distinguishing uncertainty factors of objective aspects and subjective aspects, which influence evaluation weighing coefficients, and regarding uncertainty factors as main control factors adjusting weighing of evaluations; according to the actual application environment and different decision evaluation targets, determining weighing coefficients of evaluations of all main control factors and relative important weighing coefficients which are occupied by the base weighing and all main control factors during evaluation; calculating comprehensive weighing coefficients of all evaluations; and reducing the overlapping information among data through a comprehensive evaluation method of integrated comprehensive weighing and main component projection, and comprehensively evaluating the multiple target decision. By the aid of the method, the information of evaluations can be considered comprehensively, the information of evaluations is complementary, and the accuracy of evaluation results is improved.
