Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, since the refractive index of the organic layer is higher than that of the glass substrate and the air, the light emitted by the light-emitting layer is totally reflected at the interface of each layer of the organic electroluminescent element.
Therefore, only a small part of the light can go out through the transparent electrode and the transparent substrate, while most (about 80%) of the light is confined inside the device and cannot be effectively used

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic electroluminescence element, which comprises a substrate, a first optical structure, a transparent electrode, an organic light-emitting structure, a reflective layer and a second optical structure. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The first optical structure is located on the first surface of the substrate and has a first haze. The transparent electrode is located on the first optical structure. The organic light-emitting structure is located on the transparent electrode; the reflective layer is located on the organic light-emitting structure. The second optical structure is located on the second surface of the substrate and has a second haze, wherein the first haze is smaller than the second haze. The invention can greatly improve the light extraction rate of the organic electroluminescent element.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electroluminescent element, and in particular to an organic electroluminescent element with high light extraction rate. Background technique [0002] Organic electroluminescent devices, such as organic light emitting diode (OLED) devices, have the characteristics of high brightness, fast screen response, thin and short, full color, wide viewing angle and self-illumination, so they are expected to become the next generation display technology. In addition, compared with general traditional lighting equipment, organic light-emitting diodes have the advantages of power saving, high efficiency, environmental protection, and low heat generation, so they have also been regarded as the rising star of the new generation of lighting equipment. [0003] A typical organic electroluminescent element includes a transparent substrate, a transparent anode (transparent conductive layer), a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an el...
