Abstract

The invention provides an installation assisting system for erection of a power transmission line iron tower and an erection method for the iron tower. The installation assisting system comprises three parts, namely a guide component, a vertical limit device and a horizontal limit device, wherein each part can be made from angle steel or steel plates. The guide component is hung on the inner side of a main material of a tower section in place through an inclined guide piece and provides a guiding role for the in-place installation of a hung tower section; the vertical limit device 42 located at the outer side of the main material of the tower section in place is connected with a guide rail through a bolt, tightly clamps the main material of the tower section in place and provides temporary support for the in-place installation of the hung tower section; and the horizontal limit device located at the outer side of connection angle steel is installed on the hung tower section together with the connection angle steel and provides limit for the in-placement installation of the hung tower section. The installation assisting system is smart in design, simple in structure and convenient to manufacture; the sizes can be determined according to the conditions such as helicopter models, operation skills of pilots, terrains and weather; and the system and the method can be used in the lifting of various self-standing single-main-material iron towers by helicopters and have strong universality and a wide application range.
