Abstract

The microorganisms are selected from the following materials:(1) wood flour of a wound surface of a wounded aquilaria sinensis trunk; (2) ground powder on which Chinese eaglewood is formed; (3) dust particles around aquilaria sinensis trees, which has radius of 0.5 to 1 m; and (4) soil around the aquilaria sinensis trees, which has radius of 0.5 to 1 m. The kali salt solution is KCl solution with concentration of 2 percent. The microorganisms have the following culture conditions: the inoculation amount is 1 to 2 percent; a swing bed has rotating speed of 100 to 150 rpm; the temperature is 30 to 35 DEG C; a potato dextrose bouillon culture medium with pH of 7.0 is adopted. A method for preparing the artificial Chinese eaglewood forming agent comprises the following steps : (1) after culturing the microorganisms which are from different sources for 48h, respectively obtaining bacterium suspension; and (2) mixing the obtained microorganism bacterium suspensions and the kali salt solution according to proportion to obtain the artificial Chinese eaglewood forming agent.
