The sensing mechanism transmits measured pulse signals of patients to the processing device which comprises a circuit and a network transmission device which are used for processing sensor signals; the pulse restorer accepts the signals of the processing device and restores the pulses of the patients; remote physicians diagnose the pulse conditions by the pulse restorer and simultaneously apply different pressure to the pressure sensor on the pulse restorer to test three pulse-takings of each pulse; the pressure sensor transmits the signals to the processing device; and the processing device controls the sensing mechanism to test the pulse conditions of the patients by the applied pressure and positions from the remote physicians.
