Problems solved by technology

[0003] The traditional static low-temperature perfusion method is currently the main method of perfusion in autologous liver transplantation. However, due to a series of reasons such as excessive production of oxygen free radicals in liver cells and calcium ion overload, it will cause the isolated liver to cryopreserve during reperfusion. Delayed functional recovery, even acute liver failure
At present, there is no dedicated isolated continuous perfusion device for autologous liver transplantation in China.

Embodiment Construction

[0012] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the present invention is further described: as figure 1 As shown, an isolated continuous perfusion device for autologous liver transplantation, including: a hepatectomy table 1 for storing and resecting the liver, a liquid storage tank 2 and a Y-shaped tube 3, one end of the Y-shaped tube 3 includes The hepatic artery perfusion tube 4 and the portal vein perfusion tube 5 located in the liver section 1 , the other end of the Y-shaped tube 3 communicates with the liquid storage tank 2 ; the Y-shaped tube 3 is also provided with a constant flow pump 6 . The liver cutting platform 1 and the liquid storage tank 2 are perfused with a low-temperature liver preservation solution (such as HTK solution). The arterial perfusion tube 4 and the portal vein perfusion tube 5 are respectively connected to the celiac trunk and the portal vein, and the constant flow pump 6 is used for perfusion. The constant flow pump 6 continuously supplie...

Abstract

The invention relates to an in vitro continuous filling device used for autologous liver transplantation. The in vitro continuous filling device comprises a liver removing platform (1) used for storing and removing liver, a liquid storage tank (2) and a Y-shaped pipe (3), wherein one end of the Y-shaped pipe (3) comprises a hepatic artery filling pipe (4) and a portal vein filling pipe (5) which are arranged in the liver removing platform (1), and the other end of the Y-shaped pipe (3) is communicated with the liquid storage tank (2); and the Y-shaped pipe (3) is also provided with a constant flow pump (6). The in vitro continuous filling device provided by the invention has the advantages that continuous low temperature filling is carried out on a machine by utilizing the in vitro continuous filling device, basic nutrients required by low temperature metabolism of the liver can be provided, and wastes produced during metabolism of the liver also can be eliminated; and various required medicines can be added into filling solution at any time, adverse factors caused by a pure static low temperature filling method can be corrected, and function of a disabled liver can be obviously improved, so that storage time is prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to an isolated continuous perfusion device for autologous liver transplantation. Background technique [0002] Autologous liver transplantation (Auto liver transplantation, ALT) technology is currently the most advanced and most difficult surgical technique in liver surgery. It is a surgical technique in which the space-occupying lesions are excised under hypothermic perfusion conditions after removal from the body, and then the liver is repaired and reimplanted into the body. It is a combination of complex liver resection technology, organ hypothermic perfusion preservation technology, extracorporeal venous bypass technology, and liver transplantation vascular anastomosis technology. Compared with cadaveric liver transplantation, autologous liver transplantation does not require immunosuppressant therapy, which reduces the cost of treatment, reduces the chance of recurrenc...
