The invention provides an inducing method for a gynogenetic diploid of a Nibea albiflora, comprising the following steps of: (1) carrying out genetic inactivation on Nibea albiflora or Oplegnathus fasciatus sperms; (2) inseminating unfertilized ovums of the Nibea albiflora and inactivated sperms; (3) determining the starting time of chromosome reduplication of gynogenetic roes; and (4) screening the cold shock temperature and the duration of chromosome reduplication. The invention firstly provides a method for inducing Nibea albiflora ovum gynogenesis by using the sperms of the Nibea albiflora and the sperms of the Oplegnathus fasciatus to obtain a gynogenetic diploid fish fry, and the proper cold shock starting time, the cold shock temperature and the duration for Nibea albiflora ovum gynogenesis are screened out. The inducing method has the characteristics of convenience in operation, high efficiency, practicability and reliability; and a Nibea albiflora progeny obtained through inducing by using the method only contains the genetic materials of a female parent, so that the purification of an excellent gene can be accelerated, the excellent hereditary character can be rapidly fixed, and the inducing method has an important application value and a favorable popularization and application prospect on the aspect of breeding and sex control research of the Nibea albiflora.
