But at the same time, due to the limitation of soft soil geological conditions such as sedimentary facies and coastal areas in the coastal area, the dredger fill is silt and silty clay with high water content. How to choose the appropriate foundation treatment method and how to effectively control the investment , has become the primary problem that urgently needs to be solved

Embodiment Construction

[0020] Attached below figure 1 The specific embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0021] as attached figure 1 As shown, the filling area is 2,500 square meters. After the filling is completed, a layer of geotextile is laid on the foundation 11 of the filling land, and then drainage boards are laid. The drainage boards are arranged in a square, and the center of the adjacent two drainage boards The spacing is 0.7m, the depth of the drainage board is 4.5m, and the length of the drainage board 10 is 3.8m. 1.5m, a diameter of 25mm vacuum hose 6, the quick connector is as figure 2 , image 3 shown. Afterwards, continue to set up drainage boards so that the quick connector is driven into 0.8 m below the mud surface, stop laying drainage boards, and lay a horizontal water collection pipe 5 with a diameter of 80 mm and a length of 50 m between the two connected rows of drainage boards, and connect the drainage boards. The vacuum hose 6 is connected...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reinforcing dredger fill by sealing and vacuumizing secondary overlaid clay. The method comprises the following steps that: a drain board is directly hit into a dredger fill foundation, wherein the upper end of the drain board is close to a mud surface of the dredger fill; the drain board is connected with a vacuumizing hose by a quick joint, and the drain board is hit again till the quick joint is hit below the mud surface by 60cm to 80cm; a vacuumizing system and a water collecting pipe system are arranged by taking the mud surface of the dredger fill above the quick joint as a primary sealing layer, and then the primary sealing layer is reinforced by being pre-pressed and vacuumized at a stable vacuum degree; and when the vacuum degree decreases, and the primary sealing layer is subjected to cracking and gas leakage, a mud layer as high as 60cm to 80cm is formed by filling a cofferdam in a reinforced area and then is taken as a secondary sealing layer, and the secondary sealing layer is filled and reinforced by being pre-pressed by vacuum till the secondary sealing layer is reinforced to reach a design standard. The method has the advantages of being simple in construction, being capable of being directly used for reinforcing dredger fill which is formed by reclamation projects and almost has no bearing capacity, and being capable of saving construction funds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for secondary mud-covering, sealing, vacuuming, and blowing and filling soil, which belongs to the technical field of soft foundation treatment. Background technique [0002] In recent years, in order to meet the needs of the country's land resources and better promote economic and social development, land reclamation in coastal areas has attracted widespread attention. But at the same time, due to the limitation of soft soil geological conditions such as sedimentary facies and coastal areas in the coastal area, the dredger fill is silt and silty clay with high water content. How to choose the appropriate foundation treatment method and how to effectively control the investment , has become the primary problem that needs to be solved urgently. [0003] The more effective methods for reinforcement of ultra-soft dredging fill soil with high water content formed by land reclamation in coastal cities are: vacuum preloadi...
