The double-light source switching illuminating lamp comprises a lamp holder, a lamp cover, an installation and fixing device, a main light source, an auxiliary light source and a circuit device, wherein the lamp holder comprises a main light source socket and an auxiliary light source socket; the main light source and the auxiliary light source are in clamping connection or thread connection with the main light source socket and the auxiliary light source socket respectively and correspondingly; the circuit device comprises a ballasting start-up device, fire line and zero line electrodes which are used in an externally connected power source, and a light source switching controller; and the light source switching controller comprises a voltage-reduction anti-jamming circuit, a rectifying filter circuit, a voltage stabilization filter circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, a centralized control circuit, a main light source control and execution circuit and an auxiliary light source control and execution circuit.
