Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for wear-resistant antibacterial sole material. The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) uniformly mixing EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), natural rubber, LDPE (low-density polyethylene), zeolite powder, a silver ion antibacterial agent, perfume, octadecanoic acid and zinc stearate in an internal mixer; (2) mixing the mixed material obtained in step (1) for 35 minutes till the temperature reaches 50-60 DEG C; (3) adding sulphur, azodicarbonamide and zinc oxide into the mixed material obtained in step (2), mixing for 5 minutes at the temperature of 130 DEG C, and discharging the material; and (4) mixing the discharged material through an open mill for 5 minutes at a roll temperature of 50 DEG C, then making the material into granular compositions through a grit maker to obtain the sole material. The sole material prepared by the method is obvious in sterilization and deodorization effects, durable, safe, sanitary, and simple in preparation process.
