The method comprises: transmitting (101) a neighbor detection message according to a neighbor VLAN information table, where the neighbor VLAN information table includes neighbor VLAN information; receiving (102) a neighbor response message with which a terminal responds; acquiring (103) a MAC address of the terminal according to the neighbor response message.
