Problems solved by technology

However, during the introduction process in the above-mentioned areas, the seedling emergence rate of artificially raised seedlings was still low. For example, in the introduction and seedling experiment in Zhanjiang, the average seedling emergence rate was only 750 plants / kg of seeds (1,000-seed weight 14.41 grams), while in 1996 and In 1998, all the seedlings froze to death, and in 1999, most of them froze to death
In addition, the preservation rate of afforestation is unstable and varies widely

Embodiment

[0045] The method for growing seedlings and afforestation of Sangria apetal is carried out through the following steps:

[0046] (1) Seed treatment: Take the mature fruit back and soak it in clean water. The water is submerged by 20-30cm of the fruit. Change the water every 3 days. After the peel and pulp soften, take it out, remove the peel, and put it in clean water Rinse and remove seeds. Put the washed seeds into a gauze bag, immerse in water, and store in a cool place away from light.

[0047] (2) Seedling raising technology

[0048] ①Nursery site selection and site preparation

[0049] The nursery is chosen to be close to the residential area, where the tide can reach the mangrove woodland or the inside of the seawall. The wind and waves are small, the salinity is low, and there is sufficient fresh water supply. The seedbed is 25-30cm high, 1.0-1.2m wide, and the trail is 45-50cm wide. The direction of the seedbed is parallel to the direction of water flow during high...

Abstract

The invention discloses an efficient sonneratia apetala seedling cultivation and forestation method which is used for solving the problem that the mangrove forest plant sonneratia apetala is low in germination rate and the cultivation problems of seedlings at early stage, so as to achieve the aim of forestation. The method comprises the following steps including seed treatment, seedling cultivation and forestation. The method provided by the invention has the advantage that a two-stage seedling cultivation method is used, namely, at the first stage, seeds are sowed in seedbeds to cultivate small seedlings; and at the second stage, on the basis of the first stage, the small seedlings on the seedbeds are transplanted into nutrition bags to continuously cultivate the small seedlings into big seedlings. Through the two-stage seedling cultivation method, the cultivated nursery stocks are stronger, higher in survival rate, capable of avoiding the defects of bad growth vigor and more plant diseases and insect pests when seedbeds are singly used for seedling cultivation, and capable of avoiding the defect of tedious process when nutrition bags are singly used for seedling cultivation. Through the method, the germination rate can be improved to 95-98% and the survival rate of the seedlings is up to 85%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to seed germination treatment technology, seedling cultivation technology and afforestation method of breeding science, especially the seedling breeding technology and afforestation method of Sangria apetalum in mangrove plants. Background technique [0002] Soneratia apetala Buch-Ham is a plant of the family Sonerataceae, belonging to a tree species, with a height of 15-20 meters, a dry cylindrical shape, a diameter at breast height of 25-30 cm, and a maximum diameter of 50-70 cm. It has a bamboo-like breath The roots stick out of the water, the stems are gray and light green when young. Branchlets slender and drooping, leaves opposite, thick leathery, elliptic. Racemes, berries spherical, seeds "V" shaped. Sea mulberry is naturally distributed on mud flats with low salinity in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and other places. Sangria apetalum is sensitive to the salinity of seawater, so it is only suitable for growing in mud fla...
