The system comprises a mobile video acquisition terminal, a streaming media server and at least one media playing terminal, wherein the mobile video acquisition terminal is used for acquiring the current live broadcasting video information and converting the current live broadcasting video information into a video in a flash video (FLV) streaming media format in real time on a live broadcasting scene, communicating with the streaming media server which is erected in a network in a wireless way, and uploading the video in the FLV streaming media format to the streaming media server in real time; the streaming media server is erected in the network and used for forwarding the video in the FLV streaming media format, which is uploaded by the mobile video acquisition terminal in real time; and at least one media playing terminal is used for communicating with the streaming media server to acquire and play the video in the FLV streaming media format, which is forwarded by the streaming media server in real time. According to the system, special video acquisition equipment is not required to be erected on the scene, the video can be simply broadcast live, and the limitation of the conventional live broadcasting technology is eliminated.
