Abstract

The invention discloses a testing method for grading variability of a bituminous mixture after crushing coarse aggregates, and solves the technical problem that the testing method is utilized to evaluate differences of performances of the bituminous mixture before and after crushing the coarse aggregates. The testing method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: randomly extracting the bituminous mixture from a spiral distributor of a paver, and obtaining a mixed mineral aggregate after bitumen is separated; measuring passing rates of sieve pores with nominal maximum particle sizes; in the same position, cutting and heating the paved and ground bituminous mixture in a microwave oven, extracting the mixture from a middle part, and obtaining the site mixed mineral aggregate; screening the site mixed mineral aggregate, and measuring the passing rates of the sieve pores with the nominal maximum particle sizes; and respectively calculating variation ratios of the passing rates of the key sieve pores with the nominal maximum particle sizes in the mineral aggregate of the mixture.
