The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-performance complex oilfield demulsifier, which comprises the following steps of: firstly preparing polyether demulsifiers of different molecular weights, i.e., a polyether demulsifier A of molecular weight 300-500, a polyether demulsifier B of molecular weight 700-900, a polyether demulsifier C of molecular weight 1500-2000, a polyether demulsifier D of molecular weight 4000-5000 and a polyether demulsifier E of molecular weight 8000-10000; and the polyether demulsifiers of various different molecular weights are compounded in certain proportion to obtain the high-performance demulsifier. The high-performance demulsifier prepared by the invention can be suitable for demulsification and dehydration of crude oil from an oilfield, and has the advantages of good broad spectrum and less consumption.
