As the inner diameter of the stator, the iron core length, the shape and size of a stator stamping tank, the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the rotor, the iron core length and the shape and size the of a rotor stamping tank are optimized and reasonably designed, so that the stator winding loss, the rotor winding loss and the iron core loss are reduced greatly; under the condition that an output power is 11kW, the total loss quantity of an existing similar product is 7098.3W, however the total loss quantity of the super energy-saving 90kW4 pole three-phase asynchronous motor is only 4552.3W, i.e. the loss is reduced by 35.87%, so that the energy is saved greatly; compared with the energy conversion efficiency (which is 92.7%) of the existing similar product, the energy conversion efficiency of the super energy-saving 90kW4 pole three-phase asynchronous motor is 95.2%, that is, the energy conversion efficiency is increased by 2.7%; and meanwhile as the central line of a stator stamping tank is designed to penetrate through the middle part of two tanks of the stator stamping tank, a radial electromagnetic wave in an air gap is weakened, the electromagnetic vibration and the electromagnetic noise are reduced.
