The track comprises two driving chains and a track shoe, and the driving chains are arranged at two ends of the track shoe respectively and connected with the inner lateral side of the track shoe. An auxiliary chain is additionally arranged and connected with the driving shaft through a spare chain and has same functions as those of a driving chain, and if one of the two driving chains is damaged, power outputted by the driving shaft still enables straight movement by means of cooperation of the rest driving chain with the auxiliary chain, and irremovability of equipment caused by failure of the track is avoided. The invention further provides an amphibious excavating device, the track travelling wheel system serves as a track system of the amphibious excavating device, and movement of the track can be guaranteed when the driving chains are damaged. Owing to the track travelling wheel system, the equipment can still move when the driving chains are damaged.
