The method comprises the following steps of: monitoring whether a hearing-aid is used within a monitoring range of the mobile terminal; while monitoring that the hearing-aid is used, calling a first frequency response parameter and a first volume gain parameter which are set in advance; adjusting an audio signal of the mobile terminal according to the called first frequency response parameter and the first volume gain parameter; if no use of the hearing-aid is monitored, calling a second frequency response parameter and a second volume gain parameter which are set in advance; and adjusting the audio signal of the mobile terminal according to the called second frequency response parameter and the second volume gain parameter. Only an audio output part is changed; the radio performance of the mobile terminal is ensured to be not changed; and moreover no coils are increased, so that the cost is reduced.
