Abstract

The invention discloses an offline configuration resource information fusion method for an intelligent substation. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) layering and classifying offline configuration resource information of the intelligent substation; 2) determining an offline configuration resource customization rule and an information fusion rule; 3) generating novel offline configuration resources according to the offline configuration resource customization rule, and generating an information content list according to the information fusion rule; and 4) transmitting the novel offline configuration resources and the information content list to the substation and dispatchers. The offline configuration resources are automatically customized and the information transmitted to a master station is fused according to the configuration rule, the workloads of manually selecting the offline configuration resources and performing the information fusion are reduced, the interaction capacity between systems is improved, and the functional requirements on source-end maintenance of the intelligent substation are met.
