Problems solved by technology

For the head of household with particularly high requirements, the decorator will generally carry a roll of cardboard to the site to stake out! In this way, the problem of the corner is often solved, but due to the limited area of the cardboard, multiple pieces of cardboard need to be spliced together when setting out, and the area of the place that needs to be decorated varies greatly, which leaves the following sequelae: The straightness of the straightness is very likely to be wrong, which will eventually lead to discrepancies between the processed cabinet tabletops or decorations and the actual wall structure of the house. There are also hand-held laser rangefinders and laser rangefinders. However, most of the laser range finders on the market can only measure straight-line distances, and cannot scan the contours of some curved surfaces.

Embodiment Construction

[0020] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the present invention will be further described:

[0021] like Figure 1 to Figure 6 Shown, a kind of method and its equipment that utilize hand-held distance finder to scan building inner outline, the equipment of the present invention comprises the PC machine 2 that serves as instruction control center, data conversion center and serves as the distance measuring device 1 of scanning surveying and mapping, described The distance measuring device 1 comprises a rotatable rotary platform 11, a rangefinder 15 installed on the rotary platform 11, a power supply unit 14 providing power, a power unit 12 providing power, a controller 13 and a reduction gear set 16. The gear set 16 is to transmit the power of the power unit 12 to the rotary platform 11 to make it rotate, and the reduction gear set range finder 15 is a laser range finder, and the control circuit in the controller 13 is composed of a power supply unit,...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for scanning an inner contour of buildings by using a handheld rangefinder. The device comprises a PC which serves as a command control center and a data converting center and a distance measuring device which is used for scanning, surveying and mapping. The distance measuring device comprises a rotatable rotating cradle head and a rangefinder installed on the rotating cradle head, wherein the rotating cradle head is further equipped with a power supply device, a power unit, a controller, and a reduction gear set. The rotating cradle head carries the rangefinder and rotates synchronously step-by-step towards angles such as limiting positions and the like intermittently, the rangefinder emits beams to measure the distance between an object being tested and the rotating cradle head at every pause point of the rotating cradle head until the rotating cradle head rotates to the limiting positions, the controller sends measured distance data and a stepping angle to the PC, and the PC converts the stored data into an Auto CAD electronic file in a format of DXF by the data converting center. The method and the device of the invention have such beneficial effects as simple structure, low manufacturing cost, convenient carrying, and ability of expanding a rangefinder which can only measure straight-line distances originally into a multipurpose device which is capable of measuring inner contour curved surfaces of the buildings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of laser surveying and mapping, and more specifically relates to a method for scanning the inner contour of a building by using a hand-held laser rangefinder. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's requirements for the living environment are also continuously improved, including the requirements for more refined and personalized interior decoration. But not all the angles of the corners are exactly 90 degrees. There are also sewers, gas pipes and other places, and the sealing is relatively "random". For the above reasons, when installing cabinets and other decorative items, the fit with the wall can be rough and disappointing. For the head of household with particularly high requirements, the decorator will generally carry a roll of cardboard to the site to stake out! In this way, the problem of the corner is often solved, but due to the limited area of ...
